Brandon R. Spiezio
Age 21 of Joliet, IL, passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019 at Presence St. Joseph Hospital with his family by his side.
Born June 26, 1997 in Grand Island, Nebraska, Brandon was a son of Curtis R. and Carey L. (nee Rivett) Spiezio. He was raised and educated in Joliet; a graduate of the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus Grade School and graduated from Joliet Township Central High School with the class of 2015.
Brandon played baseball at St. Joe’s Park, basketball and flag football at St. Ray’s.
In Brandon’s free time he enjoyed skateboarding, playing the guitar and enjoyed rock music from the Beatles and Green Day.
Survivors include his parents; sister, Shelby Spiezio; brother, Ty Myers; grandparents, Sandra Rivett, Robert Rivett, James & Barbara Clark; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Brandon had “a heart too big for this world!”
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 8, 2019 between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. A celebration of Brandon’s life will follow at 6:00 p.m.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.

I hope the family will get through this loss, but not as a loss but renew that their son is in another place. He has granted us life as well on this earth. God bless him and their family as well.
